What ages do you take?
We accept children between the ages of 18 months – Kindergarten.
Why only 40 hours per 30 calendar days?
We are licensed as an Occasional Childcare. Therefore, as per Fraser Health Licensing, we are only allowed to offer up to 40 hours per 30 calendar days.
How many children can you have?
We can have 16 children per hour.
Is there a waitlist?
No, there is no waitlist to get into the program. The only waitlist that may occur is if the hours you require are full. So be sure to book your hours as soon as you know when you will need them to be safe.
What is your ratio of children to staff?
Our ratio is 1:4 when we have a child younger than 2.5 years old. It is a 1:8 if we have children 2.5 – 5 years old. We will try to keep our ratio at 1:4 as much as we can; even if we do not have any children below 2.5 years old in our care.
Are immunizations required?
We do require that all our children have up to date immunizations. We have implemented this to protect those who may not be able to or are not old enough to get immunized.
