Occasional care allows parents the flexibility of choosing the hours or days that they need childcare, without having to pay for a full time spot. We offer up to 40 hours per 30 calendar days of childcare for children 18 months to Kindergarten and parents only pay for the hours that they require.
Membership Options
We have 3 membership options for parents to choose from,
Booking
All bookings are done through our online system. After we have activated your account, you can purchase hours and book the hours that fit your schedule.
Switching/Canceling Membership
If you decide that you would like to switch or cancel your membership, please fill out the Switch/Exit form before the 15th of the previous month you would like to cancel for.
Refer A Friend
We know that people trust the opinions and recommendations of friends, co-workers and neighbours. That’s why we’d love your help to spread the word about us. When someone you know registers at Ohana Child Care, we’ll show our appreciation by giving you 2 free hours of childcare, for the month of your choice!
Once that family registers a child and activates a membership, you will receive a 2 hour credit per registered child.
Please have the family let us know that you have referred them on the application form found on our website.
