Angela and Poonam are two very caring individuals who have created a fun and educational space for young children. Our daughter loves coming here and asks almost every if she’s going to daycare. The area is clean with many toys to play with and she comes home every day with a craft or keepsake that she’s happy to show off. The website is extremely easy to use, and the booking process can be done months or hours in advance. Thanks so much for creating a great service in our community. It means a lot to have flexibility in childcare when our schedules can’t bend as much.

My toddler loves when he gets dropped off here. The staff are wonderful and so nice and caring. They plan a great variety of activities each day for the kids. The occasional aspect of this daycare is super convenient and so easy to book your hours using the online booking system. I would highly recommend Ohana Childcare 😊

We enrolled both our boys at the Grove where Angela was the co-manager and Poonam was in charge of the 3-5yr program prior to them opening Ohana. We know both of them very well because our younger boy grew up with Poonam and both boys have spent some time with Angela almost daily. Poonam and Angela were part of a dream team that was the heart and soul of the Grove. They are organized, always kind and attentive, and they create a beautiful and thoughtful environment for the children. What really stands out is how well they execute a perfect balance between keeping the children safely pampered and inspiring them to be more. Not only do they keep the children entertained, they also guide them to gain life skills and self-confidence by constantly introducing new age-appropriate activities such as art crafting, baking days, field trips, and survivor games just to name a few. They pour out so much patience and love for the children that they become part of the family and their daycare becomes your kids’ home away from home, where they are eager to enter in the morning and reluctant to leave at the end of day.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside with Angela and Poonam for 6 years at our previous daycare centre. Being able to go to a job you love everyday is truly special and having amazing coworkers that go beyond what makes a team player makes it that much better. Both of them have helped in making me a stronger childcare provider and improving my skills. They have been the most influential aspect of my childcare career. I have greatly valued the experience and time spent getting to know these two beautiful women.
They provide a program where the kids are always greeted by a friendly face, warms hearts and treated with kindness and respect. The daily experiences are positive, the atmosphere is warm and glowing, and they are dedicated to the job finding new and creative ideas and ways with the willingness to grow in a program.
I can’t wait for my 1 year old daughter to be old enough to attend their centre, having complete peace of mind and trust that she will be in the best care possible. They are like a second family to us and I only have the highest respect for them, and this new centre exceeds my hopes of what a daycare could and should be. I highly recommend these women and wish them nothing but love and success in their new adventure!
